The HoB Mentorship Model

We select motivated, high-potential students as they approach graduation and the transition into the workforce. These students are paired with mentors from a network of over 30 companies and industry leaders. The mentorship program aims to enhance their confidence and develop soft skills that are valuable across various industries. Additionally, we support students progressing through their higher education to help them make informed career decisions and navigate their journey towards success.
